If emboldened (marked as dispatched), hover over it with your mouse until a speech bubble appears with dispatch date and compare with ‘DISPATCH DATE’ STATED in listing with date of purchase. If same or next working day (allow for weekends and bank holidays) I have dispatched within one working day and met my dispatch time deadline.

** DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES The dispatch time is stated in a listing by a seller, in my case usually one working day. Whereas delivery times relate to couriers and royal mail, which is stated under postage options. However, buyers sometimes confuse the two and mark down our dispatch ratings. Please be aware you are rating our dispatch times when leaving feedback and not the delivery time taken by 3rd party delivery companies.
DELIVERY DELAYS I generally use Royal Mail, Yodel or CollectPlus in order to offer the most competitive and reliable postal services. However, economy services can take a little longer, usually 3-5 working days (please add my dispatch time)
