Order processing takes up to 2 working days however we are normally able to dispatch same working day.For all orders we will happily ship internationally to any country. Customers may pick up their item from our warehouse in Wilby, Suffolk however this must be organised prior to arrival.Returns:Order Cancellation:Customers may cancel their order within two weeks of purchasing any item for us. Customers must also ensure the item is returned to us within two weeks of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. In this case customers must pay for return postage and we recommend using a fully tracked service. Additionally a restocking fee (quoted when a return is initiated) will be deducted from the refund.Item Faulty or Not As Described:Customers may request a refund for goods which are faulty or not as descripted within 30 days of receipt. A prepaid postage label will be provided by us and a restocking fee will not be charged.
