Product code: 374399 DeliveryReturnsAbout UsSize Guide UK orders for delivery to a UK address have 2 delivery options 24 hr delivery (currently priced at 6.99), standard delivery (currently priced at 4.99). To benefit from our combined postage you need to use the eBay basket (cart) and not “Buy It Now”. Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit, a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our courier’s will deliver until 9pm in most areas! If nobody is at address at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt to deliver to a neighbour, where a calling card will be left advising the details of delivery. Please note that you must contact us via eBay message in the first instance of non-receipt of your order. We will be unable to assist if contacted after 14 working days of the order being placed. Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed and therefore please ensure all details are correct. Items such as tennis tables and gym equipment require a two man delivery. Two man delivery takes 10 working days and the courier will call the customer to arrange delivery the day before. UK Delivery Option: 24 Hour Delivery If you select our 24 hr delivery option, and your UK order is placed and accepted before 4pm Monday to Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day provided the next day is not a UK bank or public holiday. If you place an order after 4pm on a Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then we aim to have the goods delivered the following Tuesday. 24 hr delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK including the Highlands and the Channel Islands. For a full list of available postcodes please contact our Customer Services team. If the delivery destination is located in an area where 24hr delivery is not available, your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Orders must be placed before 4pm to receive items the following working day. Also if orders are placed on a Friday, delivery will be made on Tuesday. UK Delivery Option: Standard Delivery If you do not select the 24 hr delivery option you will receive your goods via standard delivery. We aim to have all accepted UK orders placed before 4pm dispatched within three (3) working days, although this time may be extended if your order is placed close to a UK bank or public holiday. We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with KickBackSports, however occasionally you may need to return an item.
