In addition, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery or items that have been specially manufactured to your order including personalised items (which includes items personalised with player names and numbers). 7.3 Some of our products are subject to special transportation requirements because they come in aerosols or contain flammable ingredients. These items should not be sent by Royal Mail. If you want to return these items we can arrange for them to be collected from you by our carrier on request, but we will charge you for the cost of collection or deduct it from any refund that is due to you. If we do arrange a collection, then you must ensure that someone is available at the collection address to hand the items to our carrier at the designated time. 7.4 We will refund the price you paid for products that are returned within thirty 30 days. This refund will include our delivery charge unless that charge also included other products that you have not returned. We cannot refund the costs of any associated pre-delivery service such as gift-wrapping.
