The Sporting Mirror started in 1947 and was a weekly magazine which covered other sports but primarily football.
The front cover of this issue shows an action picture of the game between Charlton and Everton. There are two pages on the forthcoming England v Scotland Home Championship game including pen pictures of the players. The back page has a picture of Bill Shorthouse of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Condition The magazine has a slight fold. Slight tear at the bottom of the fold. Slight dog-eared at the corners.
