Item DescriptionImportant Information This Cherished Registraion Number is held on a DVLA V750 Certificate of Entitlement /V778 Retention Certificate and is valid for 10 years and is ready to transfer onto a vehicle when you wish. Please note the winning bid includes the compulsary DVLA £80 transfer fee. As a result, there is no further fees to pay to transfer this Cherished Number Plate onto the chosen vehicle. We can either supply you with the V750 Certificate of Entitlement / V778 Retention Certificate which will allow you to complete the transfer of the Cherished Registraion Number yourself when ready or we can transfer the Cherished Registraion Number on your behalf via the DVLA’s website. If you would like us to handle the transfer on your behalf, we will require the recevieing vehicle’s Registration Number, the Post Code the vehicle is registered to and the Document Reference number off of the V5C registration document. We may be able to transfer the Cherished Registraion Number within 24 hours of receiving full payment and the above informaiton. PAYMENT We require full payment via cheque, bank transfer, cash, credit/debit card or paypal. Once full payment has been recevied, you are welcome to come and collect the V750 Certificate of Entitlement / V778 Retention Certificate in person. We require full payment within 48 hours of your purchase / acceptance your bid. Additional Information We sell Cherished Registraion Numbers owned by clients, government stock and our own stock. Any registration mark supplied on a DVLA V750 Certificate of Entitlement/DVLA V778 Retention Document to the purchaser will need to be transferred to a vehicle by the expiry date of the certificate. This will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Most DVLA V750 Certificates of Entitlement and DVLA V778 Retention Documents supplied direct to the customer by Netplates can be extended by Netplates. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that Netplates can extend the DVLA V750 Certificate of Entitlements or the DVLA V778 Retention Document at time of purchase. If the certificate is one that can be extended, there will be a fee of £30 payable to Net Plates Ltd to extend the certificate for 10 years, which will need to be paid before the certificate expires. There is now no DVLA cost to renew a DVLA V750 Certificate of Entitlement or a DVLA V778 Retention Document. Once a transfer has been auhorised by the DVLA in Swansea Netplates, disavows, and is free from, all liabilities regarding the mark in question. The transfer is carried out in accordance with the DVLA rules and issue of a new V5C bearing the new registration number shall be conclusive proof of a successful transfer. Any full or part payment taken on a registration mark is non-returnable (unless the transfer cannot proceed due to the default of the donor or failure of the transfer at DVLA in Swansea). Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 cease to apply upon accepting a contract to purchase the entitlement to display a registration mark. The provisions in the Distance Selling Regulations regarding cancellation and return do not apply to a personalised product such as a vehicle registration or a number plate. Such personalised products and services are exempt. Our service begins immediately and cannot be cancelled at a later stage. Prices may be subject to change without notice. The purchaser of a registration mark is required to submit the correct documentation via post or scanned copy via email if they require Netplates to transfer the registration mark onto their vehicle. If the vehicle documentation is incorrect in any way, Netplates reserves the right to place the registration mark on a retention document and supply in this format (where practicable).

It should be understood that where we are advertising a mark for a private seller, the mark is held by the seller until the transaction is complete, and not by Netplates, thus slow action on the part of the seller may occasionally cause delay. If we are unable to complete a transfer within 12 weeks of receipt of cleared funds and correct documentation from the purchaser, a full refund of all monies paid will be made upon request.
