personalisation There are two ways in which you can send personalisation details for the edible ribbon:1. When you add your items to your basket, click on proceed to checkout. Before you pay, there is an Add message button next to our eBay shop name. Click on this and add your personalisation details.2. Checkout and pay for all of your items then email me through the eBay messaging system straight after you order.Please ensure all spelling and dates are correct as they will be copied and pasted exactly as received including capitalisation. Personalised items cannot be returned unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty. .
What material do you use for your toppers?All our products are printed on premium icing sheets which are slightly thicker than wafer/rice paper, have a sweet smell but are neutral in taste. Icing sheets offer more vivid and professional finish over rice/wafer paper; however please bear in mind that the actual colours are likely to be slightly different to those seen on your computer screen. How long to the toppers last?All our toppers last minimum 12 months if stored in the airtight bag provided, however for best results it is advisable to use them within 1 month of purchase. How easy are they to use?Very easy. All you have to do is cut out the individual labels and apply them to a cake using small amount of water.Are they suitable for vegetarians?Yes, these are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and are kosher and nut free. Our inks and icing sheets are made from EU approved ingredients,Full list of ingredients is available upon request.
